Introduction:
- Lorentzzi® SSR-40DA is a mainstream DC to AC solid state relay rated at 40A, suitable for most conventional load applications.
- It accepts 3-32VDC control input and supports 24-480VAC load voltage. The load circuit will conduct immediately once control signal is supplied, making it widely paired with PID temperature controllers.

- With 40A maximum load current, it can drive 220VAC heating elements up to 4000W. For higher power demands, we offer upgraded models: SSR-60DA for 6000W@220VAC, SSR-80DA for 8000W@220VAC and SSR-100DA for 10kW@220VAC heating equipment.
- Two control modes are optional: random turn-on and zero-cross switching. Random turn-on delivers quicker response, while zero-cross design effectively reduces electrical noise.
-
- Similar to AC contactors, SSR acts as a low-voltage controlled high-voltage switch. It boasts superior performance including fast response, silent operation and long service life. Learn more comparison details in our article: SSR Vs. AC Contactor: Which Is Better In A Temperature Control System?
- Priced below USD10.0, this relay maintains reliable quality. Direct factory sales cut intermediate costs, and we back all products with a 2-year warranty.
