Are you a factory or trading company
We are a direct manufacturer producing various industrial control products. We have our own factory and other cooperative factories. Therefore, you can get competitve prices from us.
How about your warranty?
We are very confident in our products. So generally speaking, we provide 2 years warranty for all our products, if you want a longer warranty, that is also acceptable, but the extended warranty requires additional fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
For sample order no more than 1000.0 USD, we can accept PayPal, Western Union, T/T, for bulk order, we can do 30% T/T in advance, the balance to be paid before shipment or L/C at sight.
Can i have a free sample order from you?
Yes, it is possible, but need to pay for the air freight, or we can send the sample to you via your express account. You can ask our sales team for more information.
Can i visit your factory?
Yes, very good, we sincerely welcome any customers to our factory, but you need to tell us your visiting schedule in advance so that we can arrange the visit for you.
