How about your warranty?
We are very confident in our products. So generally speaking, we provide two years warranty for all our products. If you need a longer warranty period, we can also accept it, but the extended warranty requires additional charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
For sample order no more than 1000.0 US dollar, we can accept credit card via WorldFirst or PayPal, Western Union, T/T, for bulk order, we can do 30% T/T in advance, the balance paid before shipment or L/C at sight.
Can i have a free sample order from you?
Yes, you can, but you need to pay for the air freight, or we can send the sample via your express account. You can consult our sales team for more information.
Can i visit your factory?
