It is used to detect metal objects, it is inductive approach switch with 3 or 4 cores aviation plug,
This LJ12A3-4-Z/BX inductive proximity switch distance can be 2mm(shielded) or 4mm(unshieled), the outputs can be PNP, NPN, NO, NC or NO+NC.
If you choose NPN output, it can be used with JDM11-5H totalizing counter to count the metallic objects numbers.
