Introduction:
- Lorentzzi® DIN-rail solid-state relay (SSR) with integrated heat sink is available in 5 models: DSSR‑10DA, DSSR‑25DA, DSSR‑40DA, DSSR‑60DA, and DSSR‑80DA. In this naming, “DSSR” means DIN-rail mounting, the numeric value indicates the maximum output current (in amperes), and “DA” specifies a DC control voltage (3–32 VDC) driving an AC load of 24–480 VAC.
- Designed with the same mounting structure as a miniature circuit breaker (MCB), this SSR can be used side by side with MCBs and fits easily into standard distribution boxes. For added flexibility, a screw‑fixing mounting option is also available.
- Each relay is factory‑mounted on a suitably sized heat sink, with thermal grease pre‑applied between the SSR and the heat sink to ensure optimal heat dissipation right out of the box.
- Wiring is simplified by a double‑sided flip design on both input and output terminals, allowing convenient access from either side. The housing is molded from high‑quality, flame‑retardant PC material with excellent thermal resistance, while all terminals are solid copper—capable of handling high current and high voltage with reliability.
- An internal RC snubber circuit is built in to suppress switching voltage surges, effectively protecting the SSR from transient over-voltages and extending its service life.
