Pid Temperature Controller Kit Introduction
- Lorentzzi® PID temperature controller kit here is a complete solution for your heating equipment, our kit includes a temperature sensor(thermocouple. RTD or 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC), a high-precision LC5 PID temperature controller, a SSR-40DA DC/AC solid state relay and a heat sink.
- Since this kit is designed for heating purposes, the loads connected to the SSR are various heaters, but it should be noted that since the SSR maximum load current is 40 A, the heater rating should be less than 4000 W@220 VAC. If you want fast heating and are operating a heater over 4000 W@220 VAC, you should use a higher output current SSR, such as our SSR-80DA or SSR-100DA, and no other parts in this kit need to be changed.
- Where can I use this kit? We can find applications for this kit in many places, such as various vegetable drying equipment, food or beer fermentation equipment, heat presses, etc.
