SSR 25DA Solid State Switch Introduction:
- The SSR-25DA is a single phase DC controlled AC solid state relay. Its control voltage is 3-32VDC, and the load voltage range is 24VAC to 480VAC. Maximum load current reaches 25 amps.
- As we all know, the working principle of solid-state relays is very simple. As long as 3-32VDC voltage is connected to the control terminal, the load part of the circuit will be closed.
- The load current of 25 amps allows it to run 2000W@220VAC resistive loads such as stainless steel heating elements, incandescent lamps and infrared heating elements without any problem.
- Thus, the main application of this SSR-25DA SSR is to control the temperature together with the pid temperature controller.
- Additionally, we can use this 25 amp SSR to control stage lights, motor on/off, ventilation systems, and more. But one thing to note is that when running the motor, the maximum rated power of the motor should be less than 250 watts.
