Introduction:
-
- Our SSR-25DA is a single phase DC controlled AC solid state relay. Its control voltage is 3-32VDC, and the load voltage range is 24 VAC to 480 VAC. Maximum load current reaches 25 amps.
- The working principle of DC to AC solid-state relay is very simple. As long as the DC voltage is applied to the control end, the load part of the circuit will be closed.
- The 25 amp load current allows it to run 2000 W@220 VAC resistive loads such as heating elements, incandescent lamps, and infrared heating elements without any problems.
- Therefore the main application of this SSR-25DA SSR is to use it with a pid temperature controller to control temperature.
- In addition, we can also use this 25A solid state relay to noiselessly control stage lighting, motor start and stop, HVAC, etc. But it should be noted that when the motor is running, its maximum rated power should be less than 250 watts.
- Lorentzzi® ‘s SSR-25DA model solid-state relay is manufactured using world-renowned components. Its main component, the optocoupler, comes from Onsemi, ensuring its high reliability and dependability.
- An important consideration when using this SSR is heat dissipation. This SSR generates excessive heat during operation, so an I-50 or W-70 heat sink should be used.
