- The safety light grid shown here is a 1240 mm protective height safety fence(we also supply fences with lower protective heights; please contact us if needed) for your large machinery. Using it, you can trigger a safety alarm or stop the machine when a person or object blocks this grid and enters the hazardous area.
- This safety light grid consists of two parts: a light emitter and a receiver, with 126(resolution 10 mm), 64(resolution 20 mm), or 32 pairs(resolution 40 mm) of optical axes on the light emitter and receiver, respectively.
- Three optical axis pitches are available: 10 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm. The 10 mm resolution is designed for finger protection; the 20 mm resolution is for hand protection; and the 40 mm resolution is for body protection.
- The output can be a single OSSD output or dual OSSD outputs: PNP, NPN, or relay. PNP and NPN transistor outputs are recommended as they can provide a faster response time of less than 20 milliseconds.
- Our safety light grids offer protection up to 20 meters away, providing extensive protection for your heavy machinery.
