Introduction:

  • Background suppression photoelectric sensor is a diffuse reflection sensor, which can only detect objects within its sensing range while avoiding the influence of the background.
  • Compared with the common diffuse photoelectric sensor, the background suppression sensor is able to work effectively in application environments with a strong reflected light background, avoiding false operation caused by background reflected light.

Where you can use this sensor:

  1. Automatic assembly line product counting: On the assembly line, by installing background suppression bar-shaped photoelectric switches, bar-shaped objects can be detected and counted. For example, on the bottle production line, the number of bottles can be counted by installing photoelectric switches on the bottle caps.
  2.  Positioning and sealing of packaging materials: In packaging machinery, background suppression photoelectric switches can be used to detect the position of packaging materials to accurately control the position and time of sealing.
  3. Detection and control of material height: In the automated production line, the background suppression bar photoelectric switch can be used to detect the height of the material and realize the control of the material flow.
