• • The Lorentzzi LTTC700 product is a heat press controller that integrates PID temperature controller, timer and counter, which can be used in heat presses, hot stamping machines, disinfection equipment, etc.

• • Its output can be a solid state relay (SSR) or relay output. If the output is a solid state relay output, it can be used to control our single-phase or three-phase DC control solid state relay.
  • If it is a relay output, the switching capacity is 30 amps, which can directly drive heating elements below 3000W, and can also be used in conjunction with our AC control AC solid-state relay or AC contactor to control higher power heating elements.

• • If you want to count the number of prints, this temperature controller with timer and counter will work too, the only thing you need to do is connect a proximity sensor to it and then once the machine goes from on to off it will count 1 time.
  • In heating mode, you can press an external button to start the heating countdown, or you can use a proximity switch to start the countdown. When the time is up, the buzzer will sound and the time output relay will close.
