Introduction:

  • Thyristor power regulator, also known as SCR power regulator, is a device widely used for heater temperature control.
  • This is our three-phase thyristor power controller, which has load currents of 25 amps, 35 amps, 50 amps, 60 amps, 100 amps, 125 amps, 150 amps, 175 amps and 200 amps. 
  • The 25 amp thyristor power regulator is suitable for heaters less than 15 kW, and the 200 amp one is designed for heaters less than 130 kW.
  • In addition to directly controlling the heating element, the thyristor controller can also be used in conjunction with a transformer to achieve indirect control of the heating element. If you will use a transformer, please contact us for professional selection advice.
  • The control modes include constant current, constant voltage, constant power, zero-crossing fixed cycle, open loop, etc. Among them, the constant current, constant voltage and constant power control modes adopt advanced PID algorithm control, which is suitable for precise temperature control and can reduce the impact of external voltage fluctuations.
