Introduction:

- This is our low-cost, high-quality LMF40 series inductive proximity sensor. It has a sensing distance of 80 mm and can non-contact detect any metal(stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum etc.) object within that range.
- It is a cylindrical sensor with a diameter of Ø115 mm and overall dimensions of 140*140*50 mm, large enough to ensure a maximum sensing distance of 80 mm.
- These economical inductive proximity sensors offer outputs in transistor NPN sinking or PNP sourcing outputs, or dry contact relay outputs. Transistor output current is rated for 200 mA, while relay output offers 3A contacts. You can choose any output type to suit your needs.
- Although its detection distance is longer, it is still lower than that of photoelectric sensors. If the detection distance is much greater than 80.0 mm, you can try using our photoelectric sensors.
- The LMF40 series inductive proximity sensor is made of high-quality ABS resin, which is flame-retardant and durable, and has an IP65 protection rating.
