Introduction:
-
- Compared to our regular inductive proximity sensors with PBT heads, Lorentzzi full metal inductive proximity sensors are designed for welding equipment to avoid malfunctions caused by welding spatter.
- Our all-metal sensors are available in 4 diameters: M8, M12, M18 and M30. For shielded, the sensing distances are 1mm, 2mm, 5mm and 10mm, and for unshielded, the maximum sensing distances are 2mm, 4mm, 8mm and 15mm (Want to know the difference between flush and non-flush sensors? Read this article: Shielded vs. Unshielded Proximity Sensors: 3 Big Differences You Need to Know).
- These sensors are available in PNP and NPN transistor outputs, and the output type can be either normally open or normally closed.
- This type of sensor also has PTFE coating type(please contact us to customize). PTFE material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, low friction, non-stick, and good thermal stability.
- These all-metal inductive proximity sensors are available with either a 2 meter pure copper cable or an aviation plug. For more detailed information you can download our complete metal inductive proximity sensors catalog.
