500 PPR Encoder, Hollow Shaft Incremental ABZ Encoder Introduction:
- Lorentzzi® 500 PPR encoder is an affordable incremental quadrature rotary encoder with an A B Z three-phase output. The 500 PPR encoder generates 500 pulses per one rotation, with a higher pulse count indicating higher accuracy.
- This incremental encoder is available with outer diameters of 38.0 mm, 40.0 mm, 50.0 mm, 58.0 mm, 80.0 mm, 100.0 mm, and 120.0 mm, and shaft diameters of 5.0 mm, 6.0 mm, 8.0 mm, 10.0 mm, 12.0 mm, 14.0 mm, 15.0 mm, 25.0 mm, 30.0 mm, 35.0 mm, 40.0 mm, and 45.0 mm.
- Output types include complementary, PNP, NPN, push-pull, line driver, and voltage output.
- The default cable length for the 500 PPR incremental encoder is 2 meters, but custom cable lengths are available. We can increase this length to 3 meters, 5 meters, and more.
- Compared to our solid-shaft encoders, this encoder is much easier to install because the motor shaft can be directly inserted into the encoder’s bore.
- This encoder offers two operating voltages: 5 VDC and 8-30 VDC.
- This encoder can be used with a variety of motors to create closed-loop control systems for applications such as elevators, CNC machine tools, factory automation, and medical imaging equipment.
