2048 PPR Encoder, Programmable Incremental Rotary Encoder Introduction:
- This is Lorentzzi 2048 PPR high resolution encoder, it is a programmable incremental rotary encoder, its output resolution can not only be 2048 ppr, but also adjustable, the resolution adjusting range is from 1-4096 ppr.Â
- Because of this programmable resolution, its output is more flexible. Therefore, we can use this encoder for many occasions, such as automated production line component position monitoring, robotic arm movement feedback, servo motor speed control, etc.
- This programmable encoder can be solid shaft encoder or hollow shaft encoder. Its outside diameter can be 38mm, 50mm or 58mm. If it is a solid shaft type, the shaft diameter can be 5mm, 6mm, 8mm or 10mm. If hollow shaft type, the bore size can be 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm or 12mm.
- Output 3 phases or 6 phases are available, the 3 phase programmable encoder price is cheaper than the 6 phase encoder, but 3 phase encoder signal transportation distance is less than 6 phase encoder.
