H-150 Heat Sink For Three Phase SSR

Introduction:

Our H-150 heat sink is specially designed for heat dissipation of three-phase solid-state relays, please note that if the length is 150 mm, the three phase SSR current should be less than 40 amps.
If the current of three-phase SSR exceeds 40 amps, we need to use active cooling methods, such as adding one or two cooling fans to cool it.
Our H-150 heat sink is made of good quality 6061 aluminum raw material, which has superb heat dissipation and excellent mechanical properties, with a thermal conductivity of 167 W/m·K.
This shaped SSR heat radiator length can be customized according to customer requirements, such as 110 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm and so on.

Another important thing is that if you are going to install a three-phase solid-state relay (SSR) on this heat sink, be sure to put a thermal pad or thermal grease between them. This can make the two products more fully in contact and the heat dissipation effect better.
