M12 Thread Size, 5VDC Inductive Proximity Sensor Introduction:

  • Lorentzzi M12 inductive proximity sensor is a very excellent quality and cheap proximity switch, its working voltage is as low as 5VDC. Generally, the proximity sensor working voltage is 6-36VDC or AC90-250V, this 5VDC sensor is a customized prox sensor.
  • The “M12” here means its nickel-plated brass thread diameter is 12mm, its full body dimension is M12*35.5mm without its cables. 
  • The default cable length is 2 meters, but you want to prolong this cable length, please contact with us for more information.
  • This M12 sensor can be only an unshielded one,  its maximum detection distance is 4.0mm.
  • This inductive proximity sensor is designed to detect metallic objects without touching, it is a countless switch.
  • Additionally, this sensor has short circuit and reverse polarity functions, once you wrongly wired this sensor, it will not damage this M12 sensor.
  • Besides, it features a big and clear LED working indicator, when this sensor is working in normal status, the LED will light on, making us clearly know its working status.
  • The output is only 5VDC, 300mA, however, if you want to expand its load capacity, you can use this sensor with our DC/AC SSR t0 control a heavy load.
