Introduction:
- Lorentzzi® 10000 PPR encoder is a high-precision incremental hollow shaft optical rotary encoder that can generate 10,000 pulses per revolution, providing more accurate position and speeding information for PLCs, motor drives, or other monitoring equipment.
- These outer diameters can be 58 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm or 120 mm, and the hollow shaft diameter can be 6.0 mm, 8.0 mm, 10.0 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm, 32 mm etc.
- The 10,000 PPR incremental rotary encoder can output 3-phase ABZ or 6-phase A, A-, B, B-, Z and Z- signals, where the Z signal is used to confirm the zero position and the AB phase is used to confirm the direction of rotation.
- Compared to our 30 PPR, 600 PPR and 2000 PPR hollow shaft rotary encoders, this encoder has higher precision, so it can more accurately provide feedback on the motor’s rotation speed, displacement, etc., and thus achieve more precise control of the motor speed.
- Its output signal can be PNP, NPN, push-pull, line drive, voltage output, etc., providing more options for your different control needs.
- Cable connection methods can include D-sub connector, waterproof aviation plugs, and pigtail cables.
- This encoder can be widely used in textile machinery, elevators, construction hoists, cranes, packaging machines, car wash machines etc.
