Preset Counter ZN48 Introduction:

The ZN48 product is a digital preset counter with a large and clear 4-digit digital tube screen. A preset counter is a counter whose contacts will be activated to turn on an alarm or other load when a set value is reached. It can be used for counting up or down.
The panel size of this digital preset counter is 48*48 mm(72*72 mm panel size is available as well), and the maximum load capacity is 5 A at 220 VAC operating voltage. If the operating voltage is 24 VDC, the contacts are 7 A. It’s large enough to accommodate some alarm lights or a small motor.
Please note that if you want this preset counter to count the number of items, you need to use an NPN sensor. If you only count metal products, use NPN inductive sensors. NPN sensores fotoeléctricos are suitable for a variety of materials.
The Lorenzzi ZN48 preset counter is not only used for counting, but also for recording frequency, running time, speed, etc.

Working code	Relay action
1	When the instrument is powered on, the relay closes when the set value is reached or exceeded.
2	The instrument does not work after power is turned on (the instrument can be turned on by the reset button or reset terminal). When the set value is reached or exceeded, the relay is energized.
3	When the instrument is powered on, the relay releases when the set value is reached or exceeded.
4	The instrument does not work when the power is on (the instrument can be made to work through the reset key or reset terminal) and the relay releases when the set value is reached or exceeded.
5	After the instrument is powered on, when it reaches or exceeds the set value, the relay is energized, and after the preset reset time, the instrument automatically resets and starts working again.
6	When the instrument is powered on and does not work (the instrument can be put into operation through the reset button or reset terminal), when the set value is reached or exceeded, the relay is energized, and after the preset reset time, the instrument automatically resets and starts working again.
