Unlike our common <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/lorentzzi.com\/products\/proximity-sensor\/inductive-proximity-sensor\/lm14-digital-output-inductive-proximity-sensor\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NPN or PNP digital output sensors<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(which can only output on\/off signals), the analog sensor output is a 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA linear signal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the distance between the detected object and the sensor gets closer, its output current or voltage will become smaller and smaller. The maximum sensing distance of the shielded M8 is 1.5 mm, M12-2.0 mm, M18-5.0 mm, and the M30-10.0 mm, Z40-15.0 mm.
