What is an SSVR(solid state voltage regulator)?
SSVR is the abbreviation of solid-state voltage regulator, which is a semiconductor type voltage regulator that can be controlled by analog signal 4-20mA, 0-10VDC or potentiometer. As the analog signal increases or decreases, the output voltage will increase or decrease relatively, thus the output is proportional.
Some people may mistake a solid-state voltage regulator for a voltage stabilizer, but they are actually two different products. A solid-state voltage regulator is designed to adjust the output voltage, and its output voltage range typically depends on the input voltage applied to it. In contrast, a voltage stabilizer is used to maintain a stable output voltage despite fluctuations in the external voltage, ensuring that the output voltage remains within a specified range.
What does a solid state voltage regulator do?
