8 specific steps to choose the right digital PID temperature controller

  1. Know your application: PID temperature controller is more suitable for heating applications, such as ovens, furnaces and controlling heater heating temperature, etc. We can also use it for cooling, but remember that the controller has this function.
  2. Choose the suitable output: Digital pid temperature controllers have many outputs available such as SSR, relay or analog 4-20 mA or 0-10VDC, thus how to choose it?
