Что такое индуктивный датчик приближения?
Similar to the inductive proximity sensor, capacitive proximity sensor is also a non-contact proximity switch that senses the presence of an object without touching it. The object can be a metallic or non-metallic solid, liquid, or powder.
It works by generating an electrostatic field around its sensing surface. When an object enters this field, it disrupts the field, changing the capacitance of the system. An oscillator circuit within the sensor detects this change in capacitance and triggers an output.

What is the sensing range for Lorentzzi capacitive proximity sensor?
Lorentzzi brand capacitive sensors offer a maximum detection distance of 25.0 mm. The detection distances for different models are as follows:
- M8 capacitive proximity sensor:
- Flush type: 2.0 mm
- Non-flush type: 4.0 mm
- M12 capacitive proximity sensor:
- Flush type: 2.0 mm.
- Non-flush type: 4.0 mm.
- M18 capacitive proximity sensor:
- Flush type: 5.0 mm.
- Non-flush type: 8.0 mm.
- M30 capacitive proximity sensor:
- Flush type: 10.0 mm.
- Non-flush type: 15.0 mm.
- M35 capacitive proximity sensor:
- Non-flush type: 25.0 mm.
How many types of capacitive proximity switch?
According to the output differences, the capacitive sensor can be divided into PNP or NPN types.
According to the wire differences, it can be categorized into 2 wires, 3 wires and 4 wires types.
If classified by output types, the capacitive proximity sensor can be digital output type and analog output type.
Capacitive proximity switch applications
Capacitive proximity switches can be used in fluid level detection in a plastic or glass container, material level detection, fracture inspection, plastic or glass bottle counting, conveyor belt tightness alarm and so on.
