Ambos usam semicondutores (o SSR CA usa tiristores e o SSR CC usa Mosfet) como elementos de controle para conectar ou desconectar cargas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consultando suas folhas de dados ITSM ou IDM, voc\u00ea ver\u00e1 que a maioria dos tiristores \u00e9 classificada para menos de 400A@20 ms (veja o valor ITSM para o triac BTA41 na imagem abaixo), enquanto os MOSFETs s\u00e3o classificados para aproximadamente 1000A.
