As caracter\u00edsticas de comuta\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida do SSR lhe d\u00e3o uma vantagem em situa\u00e7\u00f5es que exigem resposta r\u00e1pida (como aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de comuta\u00e7\u00e3o de alta frequ\u00eancia). O contator CA tem uma velocidade de comuta\u00e7\u00e3o relativamente lenta devido \u00e0s suas partes m\u00f3veis mec\u00e2nicas, mas ainda \u00e9 uma op\u00e7\u00e3o vi\u00e1vel em algumas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o exigem comuta\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida ou s\u00e3o sens\u00edveis ao custo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como todos sabemos, um sistema de controle de temperatura consiste em tr\u00eas partes: Controlador de temperatura PID, atuador e aquecedor.
