Sans pi\u00e8ces mobiles, un r\u00e9gulateur de puissance SCR est un dispositif \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 semi-conducteur couramment utilis\u00e9 pour contr\u00f4ler la puissance de sortie des chauffages r\u00e9sistifs dans les fours, les fourneaux et les s\u00e9choirs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La sortie du r\u00e9gulateur de puissance SCR est continue et peut ajuster la puissance de sortie en temps r\u00e9el en fonction du signal de commande pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande de la charge. Il s'agit d'un semi-conducteur qui agit comme un interrupteur pour contr\u00f4ler l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant. Il y a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trois \u00e9lectrodes de t\u00eate : l'anode (A), la cathode (K) et la grille (G).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son principe de fonctionnement est tr\u00e8s simple : lorsqu'une tension directe est appliqu\u00e9e entre l'anode (A) et la cathode (K), il ne conduit pas directement. Il ne conduit que lorsqu'une tension appropri\u00e9e est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la grille (G). \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, m\u00eame si la tension de grille est supprim\u00e9e, l'anode et la cathode restent conductrices. La seule condition qui peut l'emp\u00eacher de conduire est l'inversion de la tension ou l'arr\u00eat de l'alimentation. Voici une pr\u00e9sentation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de ces deux m\u00e9thodes de contr\u00f4le :<\/span><\/p><p><b>Contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9phasage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cette m\u00e9thode modifie l'angle de conduction du SCR dans les demi-cycles positifs et n\u00e9gatifs de chaque onde sinuso\u00efdale pour contr\u00f4ler la puissance de sortie. Elle permet de r\u00e9guler en continu la tension et le courant de sortie.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Contr\u00f4le du passage \u00e0 z\u00e9ro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Au cours d'une p\u00e9riode d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, la puissance moyenne de la charge est ajust\u00e9e en contr\u00f4lant le rapport entre le temps d'activation et le temps de d\u00e9sactivation du SCR.
