d\u00e8s qu'une tension basse est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la bobine de commande, un champ \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9, ce qui provoque la fermeture ou la ouverture des contacts et permet ainsi de commander l'ouverture ou la fermeture du circuit.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27447fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"27447fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Commande de d\u00e9marrage et d'arr\u00eat du moteur<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03ebb64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"03ebb64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la commande de d\u00e9marrage-arr\u00eat des moteurs, les contacteurs sont des composants indispensables.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 un interrupteur \u00e0 couteau pour commander un moteur, vous savez que des \u00e9tincelles se produisent lorsque l'interrupteur se ferme pour mettre le moteur sous tension.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si un op\u00e9rateur est directement expos\u00e9 et entre en contact avec ces \u00e9tincelles, cela peut entra\u00eener un choc \u00e9lectrique, ce qui est extr\u00eamement dangereux.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, il existe un risque potentiel de choc \u00e9lectrique si un op\u00e9rateur entre en contact avec une alimentation triphas\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'utilisation de contacteurs permet d'\u00e9viter ces risques potentiels et pr\u00e9sente les quatre avantages \u00e9vidents suivants :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout d'abord, le contacteur est dot\u00e9 d'une structure interne d'isolation contre les arcs \u00e9lectriques (pour les contacteurs \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9, inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20 amp\u00e8res, on utilise une couche isolante en plastique pour \u00e9liminer l'arc ; tandis que pour les contacteurs \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9, sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20 amp\u00e8res, une grille d'extinction d'arc est utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer l'arc), qui absorbe les \u00e9tincelles lors de la fermeture du circuit.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D'autre part, lorsqu'on utilise un contacteur, le circuit ferm\u00e9 du moteur est enti\u00e8rement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par la bobine basse tension. Lorsque la bobine est aliment\u00e9e, elle g\u00e9n\u00e8re une force \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique qui attire les contacts principaux et les fait se fermer, contr\u00f4lant ainsi le d\u00e9marrage et l'arr\u00eat du moteur. Cela permet d'isoler efficacement les circuits haute tension et basse tension, garantissant ainsi un fonctionnement en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour l'utilisateur.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Troisi\u00e8mement, les contacteurs peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour commander des moteurs \u00e0 distance : une faible quantit\u00e9 de courant alternatif ou continu suffit pour commander \u00e0 distance le d\u00e9marrage et l'arr\u00eat du moteur. Par exemple, un microprocesseur (tel qu'un automate programmable) associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un petit relais peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour commander la mise sous tension ou hors tension de la bobine du contacteur.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quatri\u00e8mement, si un contacteur \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/lorentzzi.com\/fr\/relay-types-8-kinds-you-need-to-know\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">relais de surcharge thermique<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Lorsqu'il est utilis\u00e9, le moteur est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re fiable contre les dommages caus\u00e9s par une surcharge, un court-circuit et une surintensit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e4b2ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4e4b2ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Commande de rotation du moteur en avant et en arri\u00e8re<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bdfcdfe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bdfcdfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outre le d\u00e9marrage et l'arr\u00eat du moteur, les contacteurs peuvent \u00e9galement servir \u00e0 commander la rotation en sens horaire et antihoraire du moteur.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est possible d'inverser le sens de rotation du moteur \u00e0 l'aide de deux contacteurs seulement. Le sch\u00e9ma ci-dessous pr\u00e9sente un sch\u00e9ma de c\u00e2blage simplifi\u00e9 pour ces deux contacteurs et un moteur.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je vais vous expliquer comment y parvenir en 4 \u00e9tapes :<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f55df59 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f55df59\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Raccordez le \u201c<strong>L<\/strong>\u201d fil vers le contacteur \u201c<strong>A1<\/strong>\u201c, puis reliez l\u2019autre \u201c<strong>N<\/strong>\u201d fil \u00e0 borne \u201c<strong>A2<\/strong>\u201c . En m\u00eame temps, prenez un autre \u201c<strong>L<\/strong>\u201d \u2026 le c\u00e2ble et le raccorder \u00e0 une autre borne \u201c<strong>A2<\/strong>\u201d via le contact auxiliaire NO. Cette op\u00e9ration permettra d'obtenir un autoblocage.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-250e63d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"250e63d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Si leurs contacts principaux se ferment en m\u00eame temps, un court-circuit triphas\u00e9 grave se produira, provoquant la destruction du moteur.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f2d1b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4f2d1b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Raccordez le moteur triphas\u00e9 aux contacts des deux contacteurs :<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af50367 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"af50367\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, raccordez les bornes des contacteurs L1, L2 et L3 \u00e0 l'alimentation triphas\u00e9e dans l'ordre suivant : <\/span><b>ABC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pour le deuxi\u00e8me contacteur, notez que l'ordre de raccordement \u00e0 l'alimentation triphas\u00e9e pour ses phases L1, L2 et L3 doit \u00eatre le suivant : <\/span><b>CBA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raccordez ensuite les bornes de sortie T1, T2 et T3 des deux contacteurs au moteur triphas\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9sormais, lorsque vous appuyez sur le premier bouton de d\u00e9marrage, le moteur tourne dans le sens horaire, et lorsque vous appuyez sur le deuxi\u00e8me bouton de d\u00e9marrage, il tourne dans le sens antihoraire.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-812371b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"812371b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
