C'\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s mauvais car les fluctuations de tension pouvaient endommager gravement les compresseurs des r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs ou d'autres appareils dot\u00e9s de moteurs (une faible tension entra\u00eene un courant trop \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui fait que les bobines du compresseur deviennent tr\u00e8s chaudes et finissent par griller).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il souhaite donc utiliser un <\/span><b>r\u00e9gulateur de tension \u00e0 semi-conducteurs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me et obtenir un contr\u00f4le stable de la tension.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je le lui ai d\u00e9conseill\u00e9. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le signal de commande est un signal analogique, tel que 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC ou 0-10 VDC.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour mieux comprendre comment cela fonctionne, prenons un exemple :<\/span><\/p><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-pP9ZLC paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\"><p>Je connecte maintenant une tension externe de 220 VAC aux bornes contr\u00f4l\u00e9es d'un r\u00e9gulateur de tension \u00e0 semi-conducteurs, qui est ensuite connect\u00e9 en s\u00e9rie avec un \u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant pour former un circuit ferm\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p><p>Lorsque le signal de commande analogique augmente, la tension de sortie augmente en cons\u00e9quence, avec une courbe entr\u00e9e-sortie lin\u00e9aire.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-pP9ZLC paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\"><p>Par exemple, si la tension aux bornes de la charge (\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant) est actuellement de 121,0 VCA (avec une tension externe de 220 VCA), mais que la tension externe est maintenant ajust\u00e9e \u00e0 110,0 VCA (alors que le signal de commande reste inchang\u00e9 \u00e0 4 VCC), que se passera-t-il ?\u00a0<\/p><\/div><div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-pP9ZLC paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">La tension de sortie diminuera proportionnellement et la tension appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant tombera \u00e0 60,5 VAC.
