s\u00f3lido<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sin piezas m\u00f3viles, un regulador de potencia SCR es un dispositivo electr\u00f3nico semiconductor que se utiliza habitualmente para controlar la potencia de salida de los calentadores resistivos de hornos y secadoras.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La salida del regulador de potencia SCR es continua y puede ajustar la potencia de salida en tiempo real seg\u00fan la se\u00f1al de control para satisfacer la demanda de carga. Suele haber tres electrodos conductores: \u00e1nodo (A), c\u00e1todo (K) y puerta (G).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su principio de funcionamiento es muy sencillo, es decir, cuando se aplica una tensi\u00f3n directa entre el \u00e1nodo (A) y el c\u00e1todo (K), no conduce directamente. S\u00f3lo conducir\u00e1 cuando se aplique una tensi\u00f3n adecuada a la puerta (G). En ese momento, aunque se elimine la tensi\u00f3n de puerta, el \u00e1nodo y el c\u00e1todo seguir\u00e1n siendo conductores. La \u00fanica condici\u00f3n que puede hacer que deje de conducir es la inversi\u00f3n de la tensi\u00f3n o que se interrumpa la alimentaci\u00f3n. A continuaci\u00f3n se presenta una introducci\u00f3n detallada a estos dos m\u00e9todos de control:<\/span><\/p><p><b>Control de cambio de fase<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Este m\u00e9todo cambia el \u00e1ngulo de conducci\u00f3n del SCR en los semiciclos positivo y negativo de cada onda sinusoidal para controlar la potencia de salida. Puede lograr una regulaci\u00f3n continua de la tensi\u00f3n y la corriente de salida.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Control de paso por cero<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: En un periodo de tiempo determinado, la potencia media en la carga se ajusta controlando la relaci\u00f3n de tiempo de encendido y apagado del SCR.
