cuando se aplica una tensi\u00f3n de baja tensi\u00f3n a la bobina de control, se genera un campo electromagn\u00e9tico que hace que los contactos se cierren o se abran, controlando as\u00ed la apertura o el cierre del circuito.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27447fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"27447fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Control de arranque y parada del motor<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03ebb64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"03ebb64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el control de arranque y parada de motores, los contactores son componentes esenciales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si alguna vez has utilizado un interruptor de cuchilla para controlar un motor, sabr\u00e1s que se producen chispas cuando el interruptor se cierra para conectar el motor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si un operario est\u00e1 directamente expuesto y toca estas chispas, puede sufrir una descarga el\u00e9ctrica, lo cual es extremadamente peligroso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, existe un riesgo potencial de descarga el\u00e9ctrica si un operario entra en contacto con una fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n trif\u00e1sica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El uso de contactores permite evitar estos posibles riesgos y presenta las siguientes cuatro ventajas evidentes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En primer lugar, el contactor cuenta con una estructura interna de aislamiento del arco (en los contactores de baja intensidad, de menos de 20 amperios, se utiliza una capa aislante de pl\u00e1stico para eliminar el arco; mientras que en los contactores de alta intensidad, de m\u00e1s de 20 amperios, cuenta con una rejilla de extinci\u00f3n de arco para eliminarlo), que absorbe las chispas cuando se cierra el circuito.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En segundo lugar, cuando se utiliza un contactor, el circuito cerrado del motor est\u00e1 controlado \u00edntegramente por la bobina de baja tensi\u00f3n. Cuando la bobina se activa, genera una fuerza electromagn\u00e9tica que atrae a los contactos principales para que se cierren, controlando as\u00ed el arranque y la parada del motor. Esto a\u00edsla eficazmente los circuitos de alta y baja tensi\u00f3n, lo que permite un funcionamiento seguro para el usuario.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tercer lugar, los contactores pueden utilizarse para controlar motores a distancia: solo se necesita una peque\u00f1a cantidad de corriente alterna o continua para controlar a distancia el arranque y la parada del motor. Por ejemplo, se puede utilizar un microprocesador (como un PLC) con un peque\u00f1o rel\u00e9 para controlar la activaci\u00f3n o desactivaci\u00f3n de la bobina del contactor.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuarto lugar, si un contactor con un <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/lorentzzi.com\/es\/relay-types-8-kinds-you-need-to-know\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rel\u00e9 de sobrecarga t\u00e9rmica<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si se utiliza, el motor queda protegido de forma segura contra los da\u00f1os causados por sobrecargas, cortocircuitos y sobrecorrientes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e4b2ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4e4b2ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Control de la rotaci\u00f3n del motor hacia delante y hacia atr\u00e1s<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bdfcdfe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bdfcdfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de arrancar y detener el motor, los contactores tambi\u00e9n pueden utilizarse para controlar la rotaci\u00f3n en sentido horario y antihorario del motor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El motor puede invertir su sentido de giro utilizando \u00fanicamente dos contactores. El siguiente esquema muestra un diagrama de cableado simplificado para estos dos contactores y un motor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te voy a explicar c\u00f3mo hacerlo en cuatro pasos:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f55df59 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f55df59\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Conecta el \u201c<strong>L<\/strong>\u201d cable al contactor \u201c<strong>A1<\/strong>\u201c, y conecta el otro \u201c<strong>N<\/strong>\u201dcable al borne\u201c<strong>A2<\/strong>\u201c. Al mismo tiempo, toma otro \u201c<strong>L<\/strong>\u201d cable y con\u00e9ctalo a otro terminal \u201c<strong>A2<\/strong>\u201d a trav\u00e9s del contacto auxiliar NO. Esta operaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 el autobloqueo.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-250e63d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"250e63d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Si sus contactos principales se cierran al mismo tiempo, se producir\u00e1 un grave cortocircuito trif\u00e1sico que provocar\u00e1 que el motor se queme.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f2d1b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4f2d1b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Conecta el motor trif\u00e1sico a los contactos de los dos contactores:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af50367 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"af50367\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, conecta los terminales de los contactores L1, L2 y L3 a la alimentaci\u00f3n trif\u00e1sica en el orden <\/span><b>ABC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En cuanto al segundo contactor, ten en cuenta que el orden de conexi\u00f3n a la red trif\u00e1sica de sus cables L1, L2 y L3 debe ser <\/span><b>CBA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, conecte los terminales de salida T1, T2 y T3 de ambos contactores al motor trif\u00e1sico.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora, al pulsar el primer bot\u00f3n de arranque, el motor girar\u00e1 hacia delante, y al pulsar el segundo bot\u00f3n de arranque, girar\u00e1 hacia
