Al juntar sensores de proximidad blindados y no blindados del mismo modelo, podemos ver claramente que la cabeza del sensor de proximidad no blindado es m\u00e1s larga que la del blindado. Mientras que una distancia de detecci\u00f3n igual sin apantallar ser\u00e1 de 0-8,0 mm. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Como la cabeza del sensor sin blindaje est\u00e1 fuera de su carcasa, su campo magn\u00e9tico es mayor y m\u00e1s fuerte.\u00a0<\/p><p>As\u00ed, cuando se acerca un objeto met\u00e1lico, puede detectarlo a gran distancia. Como ya se ha mencionado, la emisi\u00f3n de campo magn\u00e9tico se limita a la cabeza del cilindro, sin que se genere campo magn\u00e9tico en el lado del cilindro. Este m\u00e9todo de instalaci\u00f3n ofrece la ventaja de evitar da\u00f1os causados por colisiones con el objeto detectado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">En el caso de los detectores de proximidad no apantallados, la cabeza del detector debe quedar expuesta m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la superficie de instalaci\u00f3n, ya que su lado tambi\u00e9n puede emitir un campo magn\u00e9tico. En esta zona, el campo magn\u00e9tico es crucial para garantizar el buen funcionamiento del circuito.
